All orders received before 1pm for in stock items are usually despatched the same day following credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All time scales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders will be despatched on the following working day. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 2-5 working days. All European Orders will incur varying postage charges depending on the goods ordered and will be shown at the invoice stage of the checkout process.All Deliveries to destinations outside of the European Union will incur varying postage charges depending on the goods ordered and will be shown at the invoice stage of the checkout process All orders are dispatched in plain strong and discreet packaging
UK Dreamgirl offer a hassle free returns policy. Due to the intimate nature of our products, health and safety regulations and European money laundering regulations, you will find full details of our returns conditions on this page.
1: Lingerie, Clubwear and Costumes should be returned in their original packaging and not having been worn or washed within 14 days of purchase (except for Christmas or Valentines orders). Christmas orders placed during December must be returned by the 7th January and Valentines orders placed in February must be returned by the 28th February. Please also pay particular attention to perfume damage.
2: In line with health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of thongs, g-strings, knickers or hosiery for hygiene reasons.
3: We reserve the right to charge postage on replacement items where the colour or size are changed. If you are returning lingerie or costumes for replacement of the exact same item due to a defect, you will not be charged postage and packing
All items are checked for defects before posting. If a garment is found to be defective, please accept our apologies and we will endeavour to replace it as quickly as possible.
If we cannot replace it, you will be offered a full refund.
4: If you are returning lingerie or costumes of the exact same item for a different size or colour, we reserve the right to charge postage for the replacement at the rate of £3.95 per delivery. If a free gift was offered with your order this must be returned with your goods or the item will be charged for

6. All lingerie, Clubwear or Costume returns must have a returns number and your surname clearly written on the front of your return package returns will not be accepted without a returns number.
7: Money laundering regulations and administration charges: If you are returning lingerie, Clubwear or costumes that were a gift please be aware that due to the money laundering regulations any refunds will only be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. UK Dreamgirl use a card processing payment provider for all transactions; please allow up to 30 days for refunds. Returns other than for replacement of faulty garments or exchanges for a different size or colour may be subject to an administration handling charge of 15% (with a minimum of five pounds sterling) of the original cost depending on the circumstances.
8. You are recommended to return your lingerie, Clubwear or costumes via registered post. UK Dreamgirl cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.
9: Lingerie, Clubwear or costumes returned damaged, not in it's original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and Maestro). Protx Secure servers offer you the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet Your Payment will appear as UK Dreamgirl on your credit or debit card statement. All prices for UK and European orders are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rates. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render UK Dreamgirl liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. No refunds will be given for goods until they are received by us.
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. UK Dreamgirl takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
